Das Badezimmer roch unangenehm. Die Möbel waren alt. Bett, Sofa, Sessel und Tischdecke waren sichtbar verschmutzt. Trotz Buchungsbestätigung war kein Fernseher vorhanden. Der Backofen war defekt und daher unbrauchbar. Die Mikrowelle fehlte. In der Küche gab es keine Abtropffläche für abgewaschenes Steingut. Das Steingut war schmutzig. Die Zuckerdose hatte keinen Deckel. Die Beleuchtung war sehr schlecht. Ein Stuhl war beschädigt. Die Fenster waren mit Vorhängen versehen.
