We have a 6000 m² pond fed by 3 springs, fenced and ideal for relaxation and walking.
Our house is an old farmhouse typical of the Périgord, overlooking a small valley where our land descends into a flowery meadow to our pond fully fenced and wooded. Opposite us the forest.
Many accessible hikes and the main tourist sites of the Périgord, Château des Milandes 5 km away Marqueyssac, Baynac and Cazenac and La Roque Gageac less than 10 km away.
The main tourist sites of the Périgord are accessible and can be visited in several days. The lot is also very close and can also constitute a day of visit.
