Casa Feliz is located in the popular district of San Juan de Capistrano, one of the most beautiful areas of Nerja – quiet, well-kept and with spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea. From here, guests can reach everything that makes Nerja so special in just a few minutes. Burriana Beach, known for its fine sand, clear water and excellent beach restaurants (‘chiringuitos’), is about a 15-minute walk or city bus ride away. The Ayo is particularly popular, where paella is prepared daily over an open fire – a real Nerja experience. The old town of Nerja, with its narrow streets, white houses and boutiques, is perfect for a stroll. The famous Balcón de Europa offers one of the most beautiful views of the Costa del Sol – especially atmospheric at sunset. Nature lovers and active holidaymakers appreciate the proximity to the Sierras de Tejeda, Almijara y Alhama, a nature park with numerous hiking trails, waterfalls and viewpoints. A trip to the picturesque mountain village of Frigiliana, only ten minutes away by car, is also an absolute must. There are supermarkets, cafés and restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation. The tapas bars in the Capistrano Village district and along Avenida de Pescia are particularly popular. Just a few metres away is the Terraza La Parra restaurant, which is very popular among the residents of the urbanisation. If you are looking for the Andalusian way of life, you will find it here – between the sea and the mountains, culture and nature, tranquillity and Mediterranean flair.
Getting there
Fly to Malaga. Then take a hire car, shuttle taxi or bus to Nerja. A bus runs every half hour from Nerja town centre to the front door.

Host informationWe are Sandy and Daniel from Wassenberg in North Rhine-Westphalia, and we are delighted that you are interested in our house. Casa Feliz was built in 1986 and has been our personal passion project since October 2025. As the third owners, we have completely renovated, modernised and refurnished the house ourselves – with great attention to detail, countless hours of work and the aim of creating a place where we feel at home. Casa Feliz is not an anonymous investment property, but our home. Perhaps you can already sense this in the atmosphere, in the small details, in the special care taken with the furnishings. We want you to feel just as comfortable here as we do.

Wir haben eine tolle Woche über den Jahreswechsel in der Casa Feliz verbracht. Die Lage und die Ausstattung des kleinen Ferienhaus mit grosser Terasse und einem schönem Garten lässt keine Wünsche offen. Highlight ist der beheizbare Pool, den wir auch im Winter nutzen konnten. Die Abwicklung mit den Vermietern und der Agentur vor Ort war super. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder
