Cancellation policy
First payment of 50% upon confirmation
Balance due 60 days before arrival
The guest is entitled to a full refund if they cancel at least 30 days before check-in. Between 30 and 14 days prior, the refund is 50%. Cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date do not entitle the guest to any refund.
In case of cancellation, it may be possible to negotiate a change of stay dates, but this option is entirely at the discretion of the property and may involve rate differences to be covered.
