The holiday apartment is located in the "Grüner Baum" apartment building, surrounded by very nice bars, pubs, and après-ski bars in the Alpine village.
Great ski area, St. Johann, Wagrain, and Flachau with just one ski pass. With good snow conditions, you can ski almost to the ski cellar.
It's only a 2-minute walk to the chairlift or the gondola station.
There is a small supermarket in the building.
