Holiday destination
What's truly rare for such a beautiful holiday home is its absolute proximity to the sea and the Kervennni bathing bay (approx. 100m). Right next door are several bars and restaurants. The house was completely rebuilt in 2026, and the famous lighthouse of the "Île de Vierge" (the tallest stone lighthouse in Europe) is in the immediate vicinity. You'll love watching magnificent sunsets from the bay on a clear day; the house's location is simply wonderful for this.
Getting there
Your holiday destination is located in northern Finistère, approximately 30 km northeast of Brest.
Please do not go directly to your holiday home – the meeting point upon arrival is always our office in 29260 Lesneven. The office is open from 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm on your arrival day.
You can check into the house from 5:00 pm on your arrival day. Departure should be before 9:30 am.
Shortly before your trip, you will receive detailed directions to our office in Lesneven, as well as a contact telephone number. Of course, we are happy to speak German with you upon request.

Host informationA few years ago, we "landed" here in the beautiful Finistère region, and after a short time, we couldn't bear to leave this "wonderful corner of the world." Besides our own holiday homes, our agency, "Villas Vacances," also manages holiday homes owned by others. This is also the case with this holiday home, built brand new in 2026. We took over the management from the very beginning, as this small holiday home fits perfectly into our portfolio. It's a brand new, modern property in the region, and the location is truly idyllic for a lovely holiday home. We love Finistère, and we take just as much care and attention to all our holiday properties.
