Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is possible up to 14 days before the arrival date.
In the event of cancellation from 13 days before arrival, 80% of the accommodation price will be charged.
In case of no-show or early departure, the full accommodation price will be due.
The holiday apartments are rented seasonally from April to October.
The same cancellation conditions apply to short stays.
A deposit of 20% of the total price is due upon booking confirmation.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before arrival.
The local tourist tax is not included in the accommodation price and will be charged separately in accordance with the applicable local regulations.
The decisive factor for meeting cancellation deadlines is the receipt of the written cancellation by the landlord.

By car, Priepert can be reached from Berlin via the B96 or B122 in the direction of Fürstenberg/Havel or Neustrelitz, followed by local country roads.
The nearest train stations are Neustrelitz and Fürstenberg/Havel. From there, Priepert can be reached by bus or taxi (approx. 25–30 minutes from Neustrelitz, 15–20 minutes from Fürstenberg/Havel).
