Cancellation policy
All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card or a 30% deposit paid via bank transfer. Reservations received "today for tomorrow" must be guaranteed by credit card, and in the event of a no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged. A full refund will be granted if the reservation is cancelled at least 4 weeks (28 days) before the arrival date; otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations made 28 to 15 days prior to the start of the stay will incur a penalty of 30% of the total amount. Cancellations made 14 to 8 days prior to the start of the stay will incur a penalty of 50% of the total amount. Cancellations made less than 8 days prior to the start of the stay, or in the event of a no-show, will be charged the full amount of the stay. Early returners will be charged the cost of the remaining unuse
