Cancellation and travel interruption
(1) If the tenant terminates the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a new tenant who will enter into the contract under the same conditions, the following pro rata rents (excluding the final cleaning) must be paid as compensation taking into account the saved expenses If another rental is not possible:
Termination: - up to 90 days before the start of the rental: €100 of the rental price - later than 30 days before the start of the rental: 100% of the rental price
At the same time, the lessor will try to find a substitute lessee.
(2) The tenant can provide proof of lesser damage at any time.
(3) If the tenant ends the stay prematurely, they remain obliged to pay the full rental price.
(4) The booking contract must be cancelled in writing. The day of receipt of the declaration by the landlord is authoritative.

Meine Familie und ich hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung im Thüringer Wald. Die Lage ist traumhaft, mitten in der Natur, ideal für Wanderungen und entspannte Spaziergänge.
Die Wohnung selbst war makellos sauber, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Der Gastgeber war sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit
