Cancellation policy

The rental agreement shall become effective once the deposit amount of 30% specified by the lessor has been received in the lessor's account within the specified period. The deposit is due as soon as you have received the booking confirmation (deposit invoice). By paying the deposit, you accept the terms and conditions of the contract. You do not need to return a signed rental agreement to us. If the deposit is not received by the landlord within the specified period, the rental agreement shall be deemed not to have been concluded, without the landlord being required to give any special notification. The tenant may withdraw from the contract free of charge up to 42 days before the date of arrival. However, they shall then be liable to pay compensation to the landlord. The deposit will be charged as compensation. We recommend that the tenant take out travel cancellation insurance. The tenant will receive a front door key for the duration of the rental period, which is located in the key safe. The tenant will receive the code for this by email at least one week before arrival. Earliest arrival time: 4 p.m. Latest departure time: 10 a.m.
