Cancellation policy
Cancellation sounds unpleasant and is unpleasant indeed - for everyone. It is a pity when apartments stay vacant although other guests would have liked to stay here. Please let us know as early as possible. Many thanks!
- Up to 8 weeks prior to arrival: €35 processing fee
- Up to 2 weeks prior to arrival: 50% of the rental price
- Later cancellation: 75% of the rental price
Decisive for the staggering is our receipt of your written withdrawal. If we can re-let the holiday home if you cancel, you'll only have to pay the processing fee.

City tours in Kallenhardt and Rüthen (8 km), outdoor pool "Bibertal", Warsteiner brewery visit, stalactite caves, wildlife park and all-weather pool in Warstein (6 km), 'Fort Fun' Adventure Park and ore mine in Bestwig (17 km), Möhnesee and Hennesee (18 km), ice rink, summer toboggan run and" Lagunenbad" in Willingen (38 km), Sole Bad in Westernkotten and Olsberg (19 km) mountain bike right on the doorstep. Golfing (17 km), of course feeding the calves and milking the cows on our farm.
Holiday destination
The holiday home is located on the outskirts of the beautiful "2,000 souls" village called Kallenhardt, in Arnsberg Forest Nature Park. Situated on the northern edge of the Sauerland, it has huge mixed forests with superb designated hiking trails.
A new addition is the "Sauerland forest route", which leads directly past our front door. In the immediate vicinity is the hiking meeting point "Rabennest" with guides and directions, barbecue and playground, ski and toboggan slope, and mountain bike trails.
Baker, butcher, grocery store, good gastronomy and cafe can all be found in town. Kallenhardt is easily reachable from the Netherlands, from the Ruhr region and Münsterland.
The winter strongholds Willingen and Winterberg are 30-40 km away.
Getting there
Our particularly convenient shuttle service for you: we pick you up from the train station or airport and bring you to your holiday home.

Also es war sehr sauber.Das Haus liegt sehr schön ruhig.Die Ausstattung war super, in der Küche war alles, was eine Hausfrau braucht. Der Garten lädt zum relaxen ein. Der Grill war toll.Eine kleine Anmerkung haben wir noch, es fehlten uns Sonnenliegen, die das vollkommene " Relaxen", noch rund gemacht hätten. Die Betten waren bequem. Die Aussicht ein Traum! Wer es ruhig mag und Lust hat die Natur zu genießen, ist hier vollkommen richtig. Menschen, die im laufen eingeschränkt sind, sollten ein Auto haben. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sind. 8 km entfernt, nur ein kleiner Bäcker besitzt dieses "kleine Örtchen. Ein toller Bauernhof ist direkt gegenüber. Wir hatten das Vergnügen zu sehen, wie Kühe artgerecht gehalten werden. Wir haben frischen Käse aus eigener Herstellung probiert und gekauft. Wahnsinn. Probiert Ihn!!!
