Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation we will immediately seek an adequate new tenant. If no adequate new tenant is found for the canceled period, then the rental price by the tenant, or a refund by the landlord with already paid final payment is to be made as follows:
Replacement claim of the landlord in case of withdrawal:
- cancellation up to 2 months before arrival: full deposit (20%)
- Cancellation 2 months to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the rental price
- Cancellation 14 days to 7 days before arrival: 75% of the rent
- Cancellation from 6th day before arrival: 100% of the rent.

But also the nearby castle town Ahrensburg offers many good shopping possibilities.
Getting there
Arrival via the motorway A 1. Exit Bargteheide.
Direction Hammoor / Bargteheide (!) After approx. 300 m turn left into Ahrensburger Straße (K106).
After approx. 1.7 km turn left into the Martenshorsttwiete and after another approx. 1.3 km turn right into the Poehlswiese. Attention: after approx. 30 m turn right and follow the sand path Poehlswiese (dead end) to the end.

Die Reetkate ist einfach nur schön. Wir durften über Weihnachten und den Jahreswechsel Gäste in diesem urigen Häuschen sein. Die Buchung war unkompliziert und bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Durch die Lage am Wald (perfekt für die Gassi-Runde mit Hund) kommt man sehr gut zur Ruhe und kann sich erholen. Die Nähe zu Hamburg, Lübeck oder den Strand in Scharbeutz ist für Ausflüge perfekt.
Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.

Was für ein zauberhaftes Ferienhaus!
Wunderschön bis ins kleinste Detail und mit ganz viel Liebe eingerichtet. Ein herzerwärmender, kuscheliger Wohlfühlort mit richtig guter Energie.
Trotz Kurztrip hatten wir ein Zuhause-Gefühl.
Etwas versteckt mit Gärtchen, mitten im Grünen und zwischen hohen Bäumen . Selbst unsere Kinder, mit 11 und 16 Jahren, waren begeistert, wie schön es dort ist. Es ist an alles gedacht, selbst Kuchen könnte man dort noch schnell backen, im schönen nostalgischen Herd.
Die Gastgeberinnen sind sehr herzlich und sie haben etwas ganz, ganz Charmantes geschaffen. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank
