Cancellation policy

Travellers who cancel at least 30 days before arrival will be refunded 100% of the amount paid so far. If they cancel between 30 and 14 days before arrival, they will receive 50% back. Otherwise they will not receive a refund. COVID19: If arrival is not possible because borders are closed, the payments made will be refunded or transferred to a new rental contract for the coming year.If the customer does not start the trip although arrival is possible, the above cancellation conditions apply.

Holiday destination

Our vacation home is out-of-town Roses in the urbanisation Mas Fumats. The quiet location is ideal for families with children. The view is a dream! Besides sun, beach and sea there is also a lot to explore for the outdoor freaks. The house is located at the foot of the Sierra de Rhodes with a marked mountain hiking trail to the cloister Monastir St. Pere de Rhodes, this is a museum with guided tours. Motorbike fans are in paradise right here, whether street or country, there is a lot to see! Shopping facilities are at every corner and for the leisure time activities there are plenty of offers available for everybody (boat tour, surfing, sports, clubs, theatre, concerts, eating and a lot more). For the little vacationers the Aqua Brava is worth seeing, the adventure outdoor swimming pool is the biggest in Europe and it is 2 km away from the house. Also the go-kart track for young and the elderly.

Getting there

Plane: airport Girona is reachable in 45 minutes from the vacation home via motorway. Car rentals locally! Car: from Germany via the motorway to the exit Roses (Sortida Nr.3), from there approx. 15 minutes to the urbanisation Mas Fumats. Motorways in France charge tolls.

Dieses Jahr konnten wir, nach einer durch Corona bedingten Pause, endlich wieder Urlaub in Spanien machen und natürlich war Casa Don Pedro wieder unsere Unterkunft. Wir haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt und wussten ja bereits, dass wir uns auf ein tolles Haus mit traumhafter Lage und guter Ausstattung freuen konnten. Die Ausstattung hat sich noch verbessert durch einen zweiten (schön großen) Kühlschrank im Hauswirtschaftsraum, neue gute Liegen am Pool und eine neue Dusche sowie ein neues Bett im Appartement. Es war also wieder ein toller Aufenthalt und wir freuen uns schon auf nächstes Jahr.
