Host informationWe own this House Evani since November 2012 and have been renovating since then. The House has 220 M2 and is suited for large families, large group of friends as well as cyclists and motorclubs.

Wirklich tolles Wochenende haben wir hier verbracht. Wir waren über 10 Leute und es gab nie Platz Probleme. Super netter Vermieter. Klar haus ist nicht das neuste aber wir waren absolut zufrieden und werden wieder kommen.

Wir haben ein Familien Wochenende im Haus Evani verbracht. Leider wurde unsere Vorfreude sehr getrübt, als wir als erstes die stark verschmutzen Fenster wahrgenommen haben. Diese Enttäuschung zog sich weiter durch das gesamte Haus. Spinnweben in vielen Ecken und an den Zimmerdecken, fleckige Gardinen und Wände (vor allen Dingen im unteren Flur), schmutzige Zimmertüren und im EG in der Küche ein extrem fettiger Fliesenspiegel. Das gesamte Haus benötigt von innen dringend mal einen neuen Anstrich. Die Bäder waren recht neu und in einem akzeptablen Zustand. Wir haben uns gefragt, wofür man Geld für eine Endreinigung bezahlt!!! Das einzige was man positiv erwähnen kann, ist die tolle Lage._x000D_
Vielleicht sollte der Eigentümer mal öfter vor Ort nach dem Rechten sehen._x000D_
Leider kann ich das Haus in dem aktuellen Zustand nicht weiterempfehlen. Sehr schade
