Holiday destination
Our villa Grassy Key is located in a nice quiet neighborhood in SW Cape Coral. You can reach many recreational opportunities in a few minutes by car - such as the Sun Splash Water Park Familiy in less than 10 minutes, Cape Harbour in 15 min., Sanibel and Captiva Island with beautiful sandy beaches in about 45 minutes., and Fort Myers Beach in about 40 minutes. Restaurants and supermarkets are nearby. Our villa is situated on a beautiful fresh water canal and offers you the opportunity to explore Cape Coral by canoe, by boat or fishing right on the shore.
Boat and bicycle rental and golf courses are nearby.
Getting there
The nearest airport is Fort Myers. From there you can take the car on Interstate 75 in less than 40 minutes to our villa.

Host informationWe are a family with one child and live in North-Germany. After our first Florida trip we were fascinated by this beautiful piece of land with the infinite number of ways to spend a wonderful holiday.

Wir hatten wunderschöne drei Wochen in der Villa Grassy Key. Das Ferienhaus entspricht in allem ganz genau der Beschreibung. Es hat eine super Ausstattung mit allem was man braucht und die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll.
Die Lage ist ruhig und man benötigt unbedingt ein Auto. Supermärkte und Restaurants sind damit schnell zu erreichen. Auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter und zur Hausverwaltung war stets sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Es gab viele nützliche Informationen, auf Rückfragen gab es stets schnelle Rückmeldungen und auf Beanstandungen (defekte Kaffeemaschine) wurde umgehend reagiert. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Dieses wunderschöne Ferienhaus bietet für einen erholsamen Florida-Urlaub alles, was das Herz begehrt. Das Haus ist geräumig, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet (insbesondere die Küche). Wir haben gekocht und gegrillt, was wirklich genauso gut wie zu Hause möglich ist. Supermärkte, wie Aldi oder Farmer Joe, sind in unmittelbarer Nähe in wenigen Autominuten zu erreichen. Die Lage des Hauses direkt am Kanal ist traumhaft und lädt schon morgens zum entspannten Kaffee ein. Zudem kann man von hier diverse Ausflüge zu Stränden oder auch zu Shopping Malls unternehmen. Der Pool ist äußerst gepflegt und wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes auch nochmal gereinigt. Wir hatten einen wirklich perfekten Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Haus und würden es jederzeit weiterempfehlen.
