Holiday destination
You have the perfect starting point for many hikes from our house. For example: Almbachklamm, Höhenweg, Kneifelspitz , Untersberg without needing a car. There are two restaurants with great food nearby. Our house is perfect for those who are looking for peace and quit and love nature. You can even see deer´s and rabbits in the wild.
Getting there
Take the highway Munich-Salzburg, exit Bad Reichenhall, direction Reichenhall- Berchtesgaden. In Bischofswiesen turn left at the intersection up towards the hospital. After about 2 km turn left towards Maria Gern. Pass the church in Maria-Gern, direction Restaurant Dürrlehen. Two houses before you will find our house Tauernblick on the left.
Or over the Munich-Salzburg highway. Exit Austria, however you will need a vignette (road tax disc). Then again direction Berchtesgaden- Maria- Gern.

Jetzt ist es leider schon wieder 2 Monate her dass wir aus dem wunderschönen Maria Gern zurückgekehrt sind. Der Urlaub war wirklich der Höhepunkt des Jahres und die wunderschöne Natur des Nationalparks Berchtesgaden lädt zur absoluten Entspannung ein - oder aber zu sportlicher Aktivität und Bergwanderungen. Viele Ziele sind von der FeWo mit etwas Kondition zu erwandern, andernfalls durch das gut verfügbare Verkehrsnetz (Bus/Auto) gut zu erreichen (für meinen gehbeh. Vater relevant). So waren wir auf dem Untersberg, Obersalzberg, Königssee, Hintersee, Almbachklamm und mehr.
Die FeWo bietet mehr als genug Komfort+Platz für eine 4-köpfige Familie sowie gemütliche Betten. Am schönsten war natürlich der riesige Balkon mit wunderschönem Bergpanorama Ausblick auf Watzmann und Co.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Maria Gern. Die Aussicht auf den Watzmann und die ruhige Lage waren ideal zum Entspannen. Bei Familie Seidinger haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.
