If the tenant needs to cancel their booking, a cancellation must be reported in writing as early as possible. However, the tenant remains liable for the full rental fee if the property cannot be rented out for the corresponding period or if the tenant does not provide solvent substitute tenants.
Due to COVID-related reasons, however, it is possible to reschedule the booking for an indefinite period, and the deposit will remain as a credit.

Lage des Hauses für uns perfekt. Ortsnah. Supermärkte in der Nähre. Strand leicht zu erreichen. Wenn auch dieser schnell voll ist. Wir gingen sowieso erst Nachmittags hin.
Tagsüber waren wir am Pool oder Aktiv im Umland unterwegs.
Die Kinder hatten Spaß. Ich konnte abschalten. Kurz. Es hat uns sehr gefallen.
Auch die lokalen Helfer waren mehr als freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das rundetet das Bild ab.

Ich war das dritte Mal im Hause und komme gerne wieder. Der Pool die Gegend ist super schön und meistens ruhig . Nur wenn es in der Umgebung Partys gibt. Also gerne wieder vielen Dank Sabine
