This natural stone villa is located on the slopes of the hills near Vizinada, from where you can enjoy a view over the Mirna valley. Outside, you will find a spacious terrace with a pool, a dining area and a stone grill. In the living room you can relax by the fireplace, and in the next room is a dining room from which you enter a kitchen. You will also find three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a toilet. One of the bedrooms extends over two floors, which makes this villa particularly interesting, while the other two rooms are on the first floor. In the villa you will also find the room downstairs where you will find a pool table and darts, as well as a kitchen with a dining area.

"Breathtaking" - Overused in many travel articles, you cannot adequately describe this region with words, because every day the view changes. The villa's view over the Mirna valley is just breathtaking. Between the hill Vizinada there is situated on and the mountains in the background, is the ancient hill-top village of Motovun. Vizinada is one of those locations rarely found in an age of instant tourism. This lovely village is 20 km north east of Porec.

My Istria requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival on on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancelation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancelation policy, directly from the insurance company. MY ISTRIA shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
A 400 € refundable damage deposit on arrival or 35 € non-refundable property damage insurance in advance is required.
