Read your favorite book or share a bottle of good wine with your loved ones in the romantic garden or dream in the hammock. If you fancy cooking outside, there's a mobile barbecue. For hot summer days, there are a private, 9, x 4.5m chlorine pool with a depth between 1.1m and 2.1m and an exterior shower. By the pool there are four sun loungers where to bask in the sun. The pool fence can be removed upon request. The plot of this lovely villa is fenced and there are a few neighbors around. The owners sometimes live in the annex of the house and take care of the pool and garden maintenance, in order to make your stay unforgettable!
A furnished porch gives access to a nicely decorated sitting-dining room with A/C and satellite-TV. The Majorcan-Style kitchen with vitro hob is fully-equipped to cook up a feast. There's a laundry with washer, iron and ironing board.
The master bedroom features a double bed and a shower bathroom en-suite. The other two bedrooms come with two twin beds each; and all three provide A/C and a wardrobe. Two cots and two high chairs can be provided upon request. Besides the bath en-suite there's a bath with bath tub for the rest of the house. Two fans and two electric radiators complete the houses' equipment.
Note: We cannot accept guests under 30 years unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

This house is located in a 25000 m2 plot, between Porto Colom and Porto Cristo. The area is rural but close enough to some fantastic beaches: Porto Cristo (6.6 km), Cala Mandia (3.9 km). The town of Manacor is only 10 km away with shopping areas and many services.
2 weeks prior to arrival you will receive your itinerary that will lead you from the airport to your holiday home.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.

Tourist supplement: € 2.20 per person per night (not included) from 1 April until October 31.
