Cancellation policy
Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter or e-mail to the agency.
a) If the cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival on the premises: the deposit remains the property of the owner. If the accommodation could be re-rented at the same price, the deposit is returned to the tenant, minus the fee for the booking.
b) If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the planned date of entry into the premises, the deposit and the balance of the rent remain acquired to the owner. If the accommodation could be re-let at the same price, the deposit and the balance are returned to the tenant, less the fee for the booking.
c) If the tenant does not show up within 48 hours of the arrival date indicated on the contract, this contract becomes null and void and the owner can dispose of the accommodation. The price of the rental remains the property of the owner.
d) If the stay is shortened, the price of the rental remains the property of the owner. There will be no refund, even partial.

Sehr zufrieden mit dem Chartil im Château de Varengeville, wo wir unsere jährliche Unternehmensbesprechung abgehalten haben. Die Umgebung ist friedlich, mit hervorragenden Gärten, einem sehr herzlichen Empfang und qualitativ hochwertigen Dienstleistern, deren gute Laune uns den Regen vergessen ließ.
