In case of cancellation up to 1 month before arrival, we charge 40% of the total price, up to 1 week before arrival 70% of the total price. If you cancel in the last week before arrival, 90% of the price will be charged as cancellation fees. If the cancellation occurs on the day of arrival, we will have to charge the full amount!

Holiday destination
The municipality of Rettenschöss is part of the Kufstein district and is situated at an altitude of 680 meters with approximately 470 inhabitants. Rettenschöss borders Walchsee, Ebbs, Niederndorf, Niederndorferberg, and Aschau im Chiemgau (formerly the municipality of Sachrang).
Roughly half of the area of Rettenschöss is alpine pasture. The highest elevation is the Hochköpfl at 1540 meters.
Getting there
Motorway Munich - Salzburg, at the Inntal Triangle junction towards Innsbruck/Kufstein. Continue on the motorway until the Oberaudorf exit, take the turn-off to Niederndorf, drive through the village and turn left at the Felsenkeller Käserei Plangger towards Niederndorferberg. Drive up the federal road B175 for about 4 km, then you will see the Niederndorferberg fire station on the right side, where you should turn right towards Ritzgraben and simply follow the road to a small toll private parking lot. Just continue straight ahead to Schererhof, Ritzgraben 7, A-6347 Rettenschöss, where the hut owners will welcome you and accompany you to the alpine hut.

Wir hatten 14 Tage Natur und vor allen Dingen Ruhe pur. Die Abgeschiedenheit des Hauses war eine Wohltat für die Seele.
Der Blick ins Tal - der Blick auf den Alltag, der etwas zurück bleibt.
Sehr freundliche und versorgende Gastgeber. Die Grundausstattung der Küche und Hygieneartikel ist Top.
Ankommen und von der ersten Sekunde an wohlfühlen.
Sehr empfehlenswert und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Super Ferienwohnung, genau wie in der Anzeige beschrieben.
Wir hatten eine hervorragende, ruhige Zeit auf der Alm. Wanderungen sind direkt vom Haus aus möglich und den Abend kann man dann mit einem super Blick ins Inntal ausklingen lassen.
Wir haben uns prima erholt, was auch an der Freundlichkeit der Gastgeber lag.
Immer wieder gern, sehr empfehlenswert.
