Der Aufenthalt war wirklich hervorragend. Die Eigentümer sind wundervolle Gastgeber, die ihr Haus mit viel Liebe und Sorgfalt pflegen. Wie bereits in anderen Bewertungen erwähnt, gibt es einige Hausregeln. Wenn man jedoch respektvoll miteinander umgeht, stellen diese überhaupt kein Problem dar und tragen sogar zu einem gelungenen Urlaub bei. Die Regeln dienen dazu, das Haus in perfektem Zustand zu halten und unterscheiden sich nicht von den Regeln, die man auch zu Hause erwarten würde.
Wir empfanden die Eigentümer als besonders nette und aufgeschlossene Menschen. Sie sind stets hilfsbereit und geben gerne Tipps für schöne Orte, Wanderungen und gute Restaurants.
Auch die Umgebung ist fantastisch: In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es unglaublich viel zu unternehmen. Mit der Gästekarte kann man die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel kostenlos nutzen, was beispielsweise eine Wanderung durch die Berge von Bad Hofgastein nach Hofgastein sehr einfach macht. AuÃ_x009f_erdem ist eine Zugfahrt nach Salzburg sehr zu empfehlen. Kurzum: Ein Aufenthalt, den wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen können.

Wir waren im Sommer mit unseren kleinen Kindern dort. Leider wussten die Eigentümer nicht, dass wir kommen würden, obwohl wir über Belvilla gebucht hatten. Wir riefen zufällig eine Stunde vor unserer Ankunft an und die Dame begann sofort mit der Reinigung. Trotzdem war es sehr sauber. Ich hatte noch nie ein so sauberes Haus und das war sehr schön.
Die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern war etwas schwierig, da wir nicht so gut Deutsch sprechen und sie kein Englisch sprechen.
Was sehr süß war, war, dass unser Sohn von der Dame einen aufblasbaren Ball geschenkt bekam und wir Wäsche waschen lassen konnten.
Allerdings würden wir hier nicht noch einmal buchen. Es war etwas zu wenig Privatsphäre für uns, wir machten uns Sorgen um unsere kranken Kinder, denen es nicht gut ging (der Besitzer sagte dazu nichts) und es gab viele Regeln rund um das Haus. Wenn ich Eigentümer wäre, würde ich das Haus so einrichten, dass man sich nicht so viele Gedanken darüber machen muss, zum Beispiel keine Teppiche mehr in der Wohnung usw. Dann können sie es hoffentlich besser vermieten. Für uns war das etwas zu bedrückend, vor allem wenn man nicht den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist.
Der Ort ist sehr schön und es gibt viel zu unternehmen. Mehrere Seilbahnen, Schwimmbäder etc.
