Das Haus ist gut geschnitten, das Badezimmer ist sauber und die Lage ist super mit ausreichend Parkplätzen.
Der Nachteil ist der starke Rauchgeruch der Bewohner. Beim Betreten ist man ziemlich berauscht vom Geruch, obwohl drinnen Rauchen verboten ist! Zum Glück ist es im dritten Stock nicht so schlimm, da dieser über eine eigene abschließbare Tür verfügt.
Im dritten Zimmer im zweiten Stock gibt es praktisch keinen Rauch, aber im Treppenhaus bleibt der Rauchgeruch hängen.

Von unten kommt tatsächlich ein Rauchgeruch. Zum Glück kann man gut lüften, sodass das im Sommer kein Problem darstellt. Außerdem könnte die Dunstabzugshaube besser in der Küche montiert werden. Macht jetzt viel Lärm. In einem früheren Testbericht haben wir von nur 2 Brennern gelesen, inzwischen sind es nur noch 4.
Und das Haus liegt neben der Bahnlinie. Einige sind deshalb früh aufgestanden.
Außerdem hieß es auf dem Gelände: Neben der Skipiste.
Das ist nicht der Fall, aber in der Nähe der größeren Straße und in der Nähe der Bushaltestelle.
Auch ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
