Die Unterkunft an sich ist absolut in Ordnung, alles war sauber, es gab nichts zu bemängeln, aber die Kommunikation war wirklich schlecht, ich habe über FeWo direkt gebucht, dort stand drin, das die Sauna inkl. Ist aber die Sauna kostet satte 30â_x0082_¬ die Stunde. Ich habe den Vermieter kontaktiert und wurde mit "das stimmt so nicht" an FeWo verwiesen. Kein weiterer Austausch, ich hatte angeboten eine Preisnachlass für Zwei Tage von 50â_x0082_¬ zu gewähren oder kostenfreie Saunanutzung, dies würde mir verwährt. FeWo direkt seie hier zuständig.Der Kundenservice bei FeWo ist mehr als eine Katastrophe, ich habe mehrfach mit Mitarbeitern aus den USA Tel die mir auch nicht helfen könnten. Wenn man eine Immobilie vermieten auf mehreren Plattformen überprüft man auch die Richtigkeit der Anzeige und kümmert sich vernünftig um Beschwerden. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir leider auch nicht freundlich begrüÃ_x009f_t, was sicherlich mit der Kommunikation per Mail zusammenhing.
