-Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit, selbst Konzerte in der "Strandmuschel" sind kaum wahrnehmbar;
-Verbrauchermarkt, Bäcker, Restaurant sind im Ort;
-Fahrradverleih direkt vor der Haustür, viele Fahrradwege, gut ausgebaut
-2 Bahnstationen im Ort und zusätzlich Busverkehr;
-am Strand sind sowohl Textilbereiche als auch FKK-Zonen vorhanden, in den jeweiligen Bereichen ist auch
das Ausleihen von Strandkörben gegeben
Schlecht: - Reinigung der Wohnung ausbaufähig
- Ausstattung Einrichtung in die Jahre gekommen, Küchenutensilien zusammen gesucht, kein Brett zum
Schneiden von Gemüse, Obst oder Fleisch vorhanden, keine Topflappen, keine Untersetzer für Töpfe
- vor dem Schlafbereich Eingang einer Klinik, sehr früh (ab ca. 05.00 Uhr) Fahrzeugverkehr, ins- besondere LKW ab 2,8 t bis ca. 11 t Gesamtmasse
- Raucherinsel der Klinik fast direkt vor dem Schlafbereich, stark frequentiert !!!
- "Ã_x0096_ffner" für Schranke an der Strasse nicht funktionsfähig, nach Meldung wurde Code übermittelt
