Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt in einem Apartment mit einer wirklich atemberaubenden Aussicht; wir können uns gar nicht sattsehen.
Laurinda empfing uns sehr herzlich. Sie war äuÃ_x009f_erst hilfsbereit, freundlich und kompetent und sprach zudem hervorragend Französisch. Es gab eine Garage, einen schönen Pool, eine sehr groÃ_x009f_e Terrasse, das Apartment war sehr komfortabel und die Betten perfekt â_x0080__x0093_ kurzum, alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Nur die Schwierigkeiten bei der Buchung waren ärgerlich und kosteten uns Zeit, Energie und Geld. Nachdem wir die regulären Raten bezahlt hatten, wurden uns 35,23 â_x0082_¬ abgebucht, obwohl diese Gebühr nicht im Vertrag enthalten war. Wir hatten über die ABRITEL-Plattform gebucht, die uns komplett im Stich lieÃ_x009f_ und uns zwang, uns an Belvilla zu wenden. Das Ergebnis: viel Stress, unzählige Telefonate in vier verschiedene Länder, Zeitverschwendung â_x0080__x0093_ all das, worauf man im Urlaub wirklich verzichten möchte. Ehrlich gesagt bot mir Belvilla als Entschädigung 5 % Rabatt auf eine zukünftige Reise an, aber möchte ich das wirklich noch einmal durchmachen? Ich bin mir da nicht so sicher. Und was ist mit Abritel?

Die Wohnung entspricht in keinem Fall der beworbenen Klasse. Award 2021,2022,2023??????
Die Möbel und Türen sind abgewohnt und defekt (u.s.w.).Eine Einigung in Form einer kleinen Entschädigung wurde abgelehnt.
Bilder sind genug gesendet und nach Urlaubsende werde Ich alles hochladen.Wir sind sehr enttäuscht vom Belvilla Team und werden keine positive Werbung mehr für Belvilla an Freunde und Bekannte abgebeben. Wir wollten schön wohnen und uns nicht verhöhnen lassen.
