Am 27.01.2026 hatte ich ordnungsgemäÃ_x009f_ die Ferienwohnung bei Belvilla storniert.Nach Anfrage warum ich stornieren möchte ,hatte ich den Grund auch noch geschrieben. Das ich mein bezahlten Betrag ohne Stornierunggebühren zurück bekommen müsste. Belvilla meinte sie wären nicht zuständig, obwohl ich alles von Belvilla bekommen habe. Die haben mir eine andere Adresse geschickt.
Keiner der zusammen hängenden Anbieter an denen ich immer weitergeleitet wurde,5 verschiedene E-Mail Addressen habe ich bekommen, hat sich endweder erst nach 2 Tagen gemeldet über Mail gemeldet oder es gab die Adressen nicht. Besitzer der Ferienwohnung wussten von nichts. Alle meine Versuche irgendwie Kontakt aufzunehmen scheiterten.Leider will und kann wohl auch keiner,da keiner was von keinem weiÃ_x009f_t, mir mein Geld zurück erstatten. Selbst die Ignoranz weiter mir Mails zur Ankunft, zur Erfahrungen zu schicken ist der Hohn.
Ich möchte sie nochmals auffordern Buchungsbetrag mir zurück zu erstatten.
Auf jeden Fall werde ich keine Buchung mehr vornehmen befolgenden Anbietern:
Belvilla, Ferien-domizil,booking@hometogo.de und..
