Die Wohnung war in Ordnung, obwohl ich überrascht war, dass sie sich im vierten Stock befand. AuÃ_x009f_erdem fehlten grundlegende Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs. Es gab weder Toilettenpapier noch Seife im Badezimmer. Ich kontaktierte den Kundenservice und mir wurde vom Chatbot des Unternehmens versichert, dass sich umgehend jemand darum kümmern würde. Trotz dreier Kontaktaufnahmen geschah jedoch nichts. Ich schickte eine E-Mail an die Firma, erhielt aber keine Antwort. Auch während meines Aufenthalts meldete sich niemand bei mir. Das war enttäuschend.
