2. Das Badezimmer wurde mit über sechs anderen Zimmern geteilt, was für meine älteren Eltern ungeeignet war und nicht der Beschreibung entsprach.
3. Weder die Unterkunft noch Expedia waren im Notfall erreichbar.
4. Meine E-Mail bezüglich Adresse und Parkplatz wurde erst einen Tag nach meiner Buchung beantwortet.
5. Ich musste eine alternative Unterkunft buchen.
