+Die Einrichtung war sehr schön.
+Die Betten sehr bequem.
+Die Dusche ein Traum.
+Perfekte Lage zum Bikepark und Innenstadt.
+Umfangreiche Ausstattung von Tellern und Gläsern.
-Die Spülmaschine spülte nicht sauber. Beim näheren Hinsehen wurde festgestellt, dass das Sieb extrem verdreckt mit einer dicken Fettschicht war. Augenscheinlich noch nie gesäubert. Auch der Abfluss der Abtropffläche an der Spülen war versifft.
-In der Küche konnte nicht vernünftig mit Warmwasser gespült werden. Warmes Wasser wurde mit Hilfe des Wasserkochers hinzugefügt.
-Zwei Pfannen waren unbrauchbar. Die Teflon-Beschichtung war total zerkratzt.
-Steckdose im Elternschlafzimmer kam schon fast aus der Wand. Allgemein ist die Elektrik im Wohn- und Essbereich sehr unkonventionell verlegt.
- Beim Abspülen der Toilette kam jedes Mal das Wasser über den Toilettenrand heraus, so dass es zu einer Pfütze im Bad führte.
-Beim Ankommen, war die Wohnung komplett unterkühlt.
-Die Kommunikation lief sehr schlecht. Der Code für den Schlüssel wurde erst gar nicht gesendet, trotz Kontaktaufnahme per Chat.
- Ein Zweitschlüssel wurde nicht zur Verfügung gestellt.
-Sehr hohe Reinigungsgebühr.
