Wir haben über Hotels.com gebucht, aber nicht damit gerechnet, dass die Buchung an einen Drittanbieter (Belvilla) ausgelagert wird. Da Belvilla weit auÃ_x009f_erhalb von Canberra liegt, war es sehr stressig, als der Schlüsselanhänger im Aufzug nicht funktionierte, obwohl er uns durch die Sicherheitstür lieÃ_x009f_. Ein Kommunikationsproblem war die Ursache. Wären ortsansässige Mitarbeiter in Canberra gewesen, hätten wir die Unterkunft noch am selben Abend beziehen können. So mussten wir für die erste Nacht eine alternative Unterkunft buchen, für die ich eine Entschädigung (304 AUD) fordere, damit wir wenigstens eine ruhige Nacht hatten und uns am nächsten Tag mit dem Drittanbieter in Verbindung setzen konnten.
