Ich konnte nicht einchecken. Die Unterkunft gab an, die Schlüssel verloren zu haben, der vorherige Gast sei zu spät ausgecheckt und das Zimmer sei nicht gereinigt worden. Am Anreisetag um 18:30 Uhr, nachdem ich alle möglichen Ausreden gehört hatte, wurde mir gesagt, ich solle mir ein anderes Zimmer suchen. Ich habe eine vollständige Rückerstattung beantragt. Die Hotelverwaltung verweigert die Zusammenarbeit mit dem Buchungsportal, um die Rückerstattung zu ermöglichen.
