Ja, der Blick auf den Hafen ist hervorragend und die Fähre nach Balmain East ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Allerdings wurde die Wohnung seit über 30 Jahren nicht renoviert, und viele Küchengeräte funktionieren nicht. Es gibt weder Föhn noch Kaffeemaschine usw. Die Schlafzimmerlampe im Hauptschlafzimmer ist defekt. Die Wohnung wird in der Anzeige irreführend beschrieben. Nicht buchen!
