Wir konnten die Suite nicht betreten und der Gastgeber reagierte weder auf meine E-Mails noch auf Anfragen des VRBO-Teams, um das Problem zu lösen. Auch nach 48 Stunden gab es keine Lösung. Wir mussten uns für den Rest unseres Aufenthalts selbst eine alternative Unterkunft suchen.
Wenn Sie Ärger, Frustration und miserablen Kundenservice erleben möchten, ist diese Unterkunft genau das Richtige für Sie!

Der Aufzug war eine echte Erleichterung, vor allem mit meinem Gepäck! Der Außenpoolbereich sah einladend aus, obwohl ich ihn leider nicht nutzen konnte. Insgesamt eine gute Unterkunft.
