Ich hatte eine furchtbare Erfahrung mit dieser Unterkunft. Der Code für den Schlüsseltresor war falsch, sodass ich im strömenden Regen draußen festsaß. Als ich endlich hineinkam, war die Wohnung unsauber und völlig unfertig – schmutzige Laken auf beiden Betten, schmutzige Handtücher auf dem Boden und keine saubere Bettwäsche oder Handtücher, obwohl diese laut Beschreibung inklusive sein sollten. Ich konnte weder duschen noch dort bleiben und musste sofort eine andere Unterkunft buchen. Ich habe alles mit Fotos gemeldet, aber die Bearbeitung verläuft schleppend und ist wenig hilfreich. Sehr enttäuschend und nicht das, wofür ich bezahlt habe.
