Pluspunkt für die Unterkunft ist eindeutig die Lage.Das Skigebiet/Skiverleih ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und das Zentrum von Winterberg ist ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar.Die Unterkunft selbst im obersten Stock ohne Aufzug gelegen.Für ältere Gäste könnte das problematisch sein hinsichtlich des Gepäcktransport.Der Balkon ist ausreichend groß,leider nicht überdacht.Die Küchenecke verfügt nur über zwei Herdplatten,was für uns ok war.Leider gibt es weder eine Spülmaschine noch eine Mikrowelle oder Backofen.Die Ausstattung an sich ist schon ziemlich abgenutzt.Im Badezimmer befindet sich eine Badewanne,was erstmal schön ist,allerdings waren die Abdichtungen teilweise schwarz verfärbt (Schimmel?).Auch der Duschvorhang hatte schon etwas gelitten.Im Wohnbereich fehlten teilweise Fußleisten,es waren Haken in der Wand,das vermutlich dazugehörige Bild ,aber nicht mehr da.Die Kopfkissen waren unterschiedlich groß,die Bettlaken musste man selbst anpassen,etc.Warum man nicht einfach ein passendes Spannbettlaken anbietet, erklärt sich nicht Das sind eigentlich alles Kleinigkeiten,die sich leicht beheben ließen und schon wäre das Appartement ausgewertet.Das ist schade,man könnte mehr daraus machen.Zwei Schlüssel wären auch schön gewesen.Da wir nur ein paar Tage da waren,war es für uns insgesamt ok.

Sehr saubere und einladende Unterkunft. Nach einem langen Tag auf den Wanderwegen haben wir den Innenpool und die Sauna sehr genossen.
