Der WLAN-Code konnte nicht gefunden werden. Nach vier erfolglosen Versuchen, den Belvilla-Vertreter per E-Mail, SMS und Telefon zu kontaktieren, wurde mir endlich ein Code zugesendet, aber das Internet funktioniert nicht. Der Fernseher funktioniert nicht; es gibt kein Signal. Ich habe den Vertreter darüber per SMS informiert, aber keine Antwort erhalten. Die Türgriffe an Schlafzimmer- und Badezimmertüren sind locker. Das Geschirr war schmutzig. Nicht empfehlenswert.
