Cancellation policy

Deposit Your reservation becomes binding upon payment of the deposit and despatch of your booking confirmation. We are unable to refund this deposit in the event of a cancellation. Cancellation terms pursuant to Art. 1382 Italian Civil Code There is no right of withdrawal from a contract as defined by the Italian Consumer Protection Code. Nevertheless, we do permit withdrawal under the following cancellation terms as set out by article 1382 of the Italian Civil Code: The reservation may be cancelled without a cancellation charge up to 90 days before the agreed arrival date. Only the deposit will be retained. In the event of a cancellation by the guest between the 90th day before the agreed date of arrival and the planned date of arrival itself, the guest shall be obliged to pay the following cancellation charges: Cancellation between 90 and 30 days before the agreed arrival date: 40% of the total agreed price Cancellation between 30 and 14 days before the agreed arrival date: 70% of the total agreed price Cancellation less than 14 days before the agreed arrival date: 90% of the total agreed price In the event of non-arrival, early departure or late arrival of the guest(s), the full rate for the entire period booked will be charged. Any deposit already paid will be offset against the cancellation charges. Please let us know in good time if you are unable to take your holiday. Holiday Cancellation Insurance We recommend that you take out “Roter Hahn” cancellation insurance cover with your reservation. This covers any cancellation charges, meaning that you can look forward to your holiday without any concerns.
