Die Umgebung war von einigen Baustellen geprägt, die ziemlich laut waren, Auch die Heizanlage hinter einer Tür machte Geräusche, Bei meiner Ankunft war es in der Wohnung über 25 Grad, was mir etwas zu warm erschien, Ich stellte die Heizung auf 19 Grad, aber es blieb dennoch angenehm warm, Die Lage ist sehr zentral und die Einrichtung hat Stil,
