Die Umgebung war von einigen Baustellen geprägt, die recht laut waren, Auch die Heizungsanlage hinter einer Tür war hörbar, Bei meiner Ankunft war es in der Wohnung über 25 Grad, was für mich etwas zu warm war, Ich stellte die Heizung auf 19 Grad, aber es blieb dennoch angenehm warm, Die Lage ist sehr zentral und die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll gestaltet,
