Die Umgebung war von Baustellen umgeben, die ziemlich laut waren, Auch die Heizungsanlage hinter der Tür war hörbar, Bei meiner Ankunft war es in der Wohnung über 25 Grad, was sehr warm war, Ich habe die Temperatur sofort auf 19 Grad eingestellt, aber es blieb dennoch angenehm warm, Die Lage ist sehr zentral und die Einrichtung hat viel Stil,
