Die Umgebung war von einigen Bauarbeiten geprägt, die recht laut waren, Auch die Heizungsanlage hinter einer Tür machte Geräusche, Bei meiner Ankunft war es in der Wohnung über 25 Grad, was recht warm war, Ich habe die Temperatur sofort auf 19 Grad gesenkt, aber es blieb trotzdem angenehm warm, Die Lage ist sehr zentral und die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll gestaltet,
