Die Umgebung war von einigen Bauarbeiten geprägt, die etwas laut waren, Auch die Heizungsanlage hinter einer Tür war hörbar, Bei meiner Ankunft war es in der Wohnung über 25 Grad, was mich überrascht hat, Ich habe die Heizung sofort auf 19 Grad eingestellt, aber es blieb angenehm warm, Die Lage ist sehr zentral und die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll,
