Das Positive war, dass die Klimaanlage sehr gut funktionierte und die Lage zentral und in unmittelbarer Nähe einer U-Bahn-Station war. Supermärkte, zwei ausgezeichnete Bäckereien und ein gutes Restaurant befanden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Möbel und der Teppich waren etwas schmutzig/abgenutzt. Man sollte beachten, dass die Wohnung extrem feucht und muffig ist, insbesondere die Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss. Unsere Duschhandtücher trockneten über Nacht nicht, selbst als sie am Handtuchhalter hingen. Aufgrund des muffigen Geruchs waren unsere Allergien sehr stark. Ich bat um einen Luftentfeuchter, bekam aber für ein paar Tage nur die Bürste zurück, bevor wir abreisten. Wir erhielten nur einen Schlüssel und waren zu sechst, sodass wir uns bei der Trennung absprechen mussten. Vor der Tür im Flur stand ständig Wasser und es gab etwas Schimmel. Das Warmwasser war schnell aufgebraucht, besonders im Erdgeschoss, wo wir zu viert waren. Vor der Tür, in unserem privaten Flur, befanden sich Nagetierkot. Wenn Sie kleine Kinder haben, seien Sie darauf hingewiesen, dass sich am späten Nachmittag und Abend Prostituierte in der Nähe des Wohnungseingangs aufhielten.
