Die Wohnung an sich war gut. Die Abwicklung über Belvilla und CheckMyGuest war jedoch katastrophal. Im System waren die falschen Daten für unseren Aufenthalt hinterlegt, und wir erhielten erst 30 Minuten vor unserer Ankunft Informationen zum Zugang zur Wohnung. Deshalb mussten wir vom Gare d'Nord (unserem Ankunftsort in Paris) aus dringende Anrufe tätigen und trafen dabei auf sehr unkooperative Mitarbeiter, die ganz offensichtlich dachten, es sei alles unsere Schuld! Dabei war es das nicht! Drei Tage später, während eines medizinischen Notfalls in der Familie, riefen wir die Belvilla-Notfallnummer an und uns wurde versprochen, dass wir sofort zurückgerufen würden. Und was passierte? Kein Anruf. Nie. Zum Glück halfen uns hilfsbereite Nachbarn in diesem Notfall, indem sie den Rettungsdienst riefen und dafür sorgten, dass wir ins Krankenhaus gebracht wurden. Kurz gesagt: Unsere Erfahrung mit Belvilla war während unseres einwöchigen Aufenthalts gleich zweimal furchtbar, und ich werde nie wieder bei diesem Unternehmen buchen oder mit ihm Geschäfte machen.
