Nicht schlecht, aber das Gebäude ist renovierungsbedürftig. Viele Wohnungen stehen leer und das Treppenhaus ist ziemlich heruntergekommen. Diese Wohnung befindet sich im vierten Stock (ohne Aufzug) und hat eine recht enge Wendeltreppe. Schimmel im Duschbereich, aber der Rest der Wohnung ist sauber. Die Schlafzimmer sind groß und eine Waschmaschine ist ein Pluspunkt.

Perfekte Lage und sehr sauber! Die Wohnung war ideal für unsere Gruppe mit drei Erwachsenen und drei Kindern. Alles, was wir brauchten (U-Bahn, Restaurants, Geschäfte), war fußläufig erreichbar. Die Gegend ist etwas belebt, daher ist mit etwas Straßenlärm zu rechnen. Ein Schlafzimmer liegt jedoch ruhig und ist daher sehr ruhig. Wir würden dem Gastgeber empfehlen, für größere Gruppen ein paar zusätzliche Geschirrteile bereitzustellen, ansonsten war aber alles super. Wir würden definitiv wieder dort übernachten!
