Der Kundenservice war nicht existent. Es gab Probleme beim Einchecken, da die Schlüssel nicht wie vereinbart unter der Fußmatte hinterlegt waren und niemand auf E-Mails, Anrufe und WhatsApp-Nachrichten reagierte. Wir mussten uns daher ein Hotel für die Nacht suchen. Sehr enttäuschend.
