Der Kundenservice des Hotels ist katastrophal; Gäste erhalten ihre Schlüssel nicht und können nicht einchecken. Der Check-in verläuft chaotisch, hauptsächlich weil die Gäste nicht wissen, an wen sie sich für die Schlüssel wenden sollen. Auch kein Mitarbeiter hat die Schlüssel. Das Hotel weigert sich, Gäste zu kontaktieren, die keine Schlüssel haben und offenbar obdachlos sind. Die Gäste fordern eine Rückerstattung.
