Bei unserer Ankunft fanden wir ein sehr schmutziges und fleckiges Zimmer vor, insbesondere das Badezimmer. Wir mussten den Boden direkt nach unserer Ankunft zweimal wischen. Auch der Geruch von Tabak empfing uns. Darüber hinaus schwankte die Wassertemperatur im Wasserhahn und in der Dusche extrem zwischen heiß und kalt, ohne dass wir sie regulieren konnten. Wir hatten außerdem zwei Stromausfälle, was beim Duschen alles andere als angenehm war.
Trotz all dem war der Kundenservice hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, die Lage ausgezeichnet und der schöne, typisch Pariser Ausblick vom Bett aus ein echtes Highlight. Dieses Apartment hat das Potenzial, perfekt für Touristen zu sein, wird aber leider nicht ausgeschöpft.

Wir sind etwa 15 Minuten nach unserer Ankunft abgereist, um einzuchecken und woanders hinzufahren. Die Unterkunft war schmutzig und gefährlich (freiliegende Kabel im Badezimmer, ein mit einer Socke verdeckter Rauchmelder, viel Schimmel und starker Zigarettengeruch). Ich verlange eine vollständige Rückerstattung und werde eine Rückbuchung veranlassen, falls diese verweigert wird.
