Großartige Lage, leicht vom Flughafen zu erreichen, viele Orte sind fußläufig erreichbar und mehrere U-Bahn-Haltestellen befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, um überall hin zu gelangen.

Wenn ich könnte, würde ich Ihnen eine noch schlechtere Bewertung geben. Die Situation war absolut inakzeptabel. Selbst für eine Person wäre es noch erträglich, für zwei ist es unmöglich. Undichte Badezimmertüren, verstopfter Abfluss – es gibt so viele Mängel aufzuzählen. Der Kundenservice von Belville war genauso schlecht. Ich habe ewig in der Warteschleife gehangen.
Jeder einzelne Punkt war schlimmer als der andere.
Bitte meiden Sie diese Firma. Es gibt andere, die ehrlich sind, ihre Versprechen halten und im Problemfall viel fairer wären. Wenn Sie dieser Firma auch nur einen Dollar oder Euro geben, bekommen Sie weder eine Rückerstattung noch eine Entschädigung, selbst wenn die Wohnung unbewohnbar wäre.
